NOTES

The Nocturne for piano Op. 8 is a single movement divided into two linked sections.

Where the indication “senza tempo, a piacere” appears, a particular notation is used. The rhythm, left to the taste of the interpreter, is suggested by the different spacing between the notes. In these sections the accident applies only to the following note.
